Please read our return policy below carefully. While your satisfaction is important to us, we will strictly enforce our published return policies.
Orders may be returned for exchange, credit or refund provided they are in a sale-able and brand new condition.
Please contact us by telephone, email or online to inform us of your intent to return.
You must notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your return must be postmarked no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Customers that have selected the wrong size, wrong item or do not like the the item that they selected will be refunded or credited for the purchase price only...we can not refund the shipping costs in either direction.
Suncoast Motorsports Racing, Inc. will evaluate each return. Credit will only be issued after the evaluation period.
NOTES:
Special Orders are not returnable for any reason.
Once used, no matter for how long or short a period, an item is not returnable.
